Jeffrey - Music Complex Owner

As the owner of a large music complex, Jeffrey needed to streamline the various aspects of his business. His Music Complex incorporates a recording studio, several rehearsal studios, and a variety of specialized rooms for music tuition. Previously, users of the Studio Complex had to either phone Jeffrey's office or physically walk into the complex in order to book a rehearsal room or music lesson. This tied the staff down to the office for much of the day and was counter productive in a general sense.
We were able to assist Jeffrey to streamline his operation by creating a personalized business website for him that not only highlighted the various aspects of the music complex and their facilities, but also allowed the website visitors to sign up for their own Member Account where they can reserve and pay for timeslots for recording and rehearsal studios, or to book music lessons with their chosen tutor, as well as, having the ability to showcase their musical works to a like-minded audience and have their music streaming throughout the complex on the 'House Radio'.
Our Managed service also afforded Jeffrey a series of on-premises face-to-face training sessions with his staff, and follow-up one-to-one VOIP and Video Tutorials with their personal support manager.
Jeffrey now has much more time to spend with his clients and is enjoying his work more and more each day!

Ian and Kelly - Hoteliers

As the proud owners of a busy family-owned hotel & restaurant in the Scottish Highlands, Ian and Kelly needed a website that can allow visitors to not only find out details of the hotel facilities and services, but also offer a way for website visitors to book rooms and restaurant tables with the ability to pre-order meals and take-away food. They also wanted to have the ability to edit and add things to their website services themselves, while still retaining a Personal Support Manager that would be knowledgeable of the detailed needs of their business and website operations.
Our Managed Support Service was able to work closely with Ian and Kelly, helping them to acheive the goals they set out. The Hoteliers decided to choose one of our Online Web Design Builders to create their website. With their Personal Support Manager they were able to have step-by-step website tutorials via telephone, VOIP and video to create a beautiful website that can be self-administered while having the peace of mind that personalized help is only a telephone call away.
Ian and Kelly are not only expert in managing a hotel & restaurant, but are now almost expert in website design and management too!

Stanley - International Song Writer & Musician
Intro2 Service: Managed Server with personal support and website administration service.
Stanley lives in Europe, and his management and support staff are situated in the EU and UK. Stanley's recording and live performance work take him all over the world multiple time per year so he needed a secure facility where he can showcase and sell his recordings and merchandise also, where he can safely share files securely with the people he is working with, centralize his events calendar and, with the help of our sister site Intro2 Telecom, have Remote-Office Telecoms for his staff, all with UK phone numbers, regardless of where in the world they are situated.
We created and administer a private server for Stanley's website where fans can stream and purchase albums, singles, and bundled music & videos, check out Stanley's gig calendar, and connect with him through comments or through a private messaging system. We also provide Stanley with a file-sharing server of his own where he can store and share his precious work with collaborators and staff.
Stanley recently went viral after performing a duet with Sir Tom Jones on a prime-time television show in the UK, causing his website to be more busy than ever!
