 To initiate the transfer of your domain and hosting account contents you should contact your dedicated support manager in the first instance, and they will outline the procedure for transferring your products away from Intro2 Hosting.  You should also open a support ticket from inside your billing panel to confirm the cancellation of your domain and hosting account. Our technical support team will assist you.

Please note, there may be an additional administration fee for this service if you require Intro2 Hosting to backup your Account's website files on your behalf and prepare them in an appropriate format for you to transfer to another hosting company.
